What happens if the weather is awful raining in the morning, would it possible to get a refund or reschedule?

If there are any local authority concerns, we may completely reschedule. If the morning session is disrupted but a warning sign is removed in the afternoon, your booking will automatically transfer to the afternoon session. We regret that we are unable to provide refunds for unexpected incidents, weather changes, personal request, or other unsafe conditions. However despite any little rain, the cruise will continue as scheduled without refunds. If there is lightning or terrible weather, we will return to shore to be safe. But if the weather worsens after departure, we cannot provide refunds.

Does the tour include pickup and drop-off?

Totally, it is! Just so you know, pick up is available in the Kota Kinabalu city area with no extra cost. We can also arrange it anywhere else in the city zone. Simply update the hotel name in your reservation, and you're all set!

Can I get a refund if I missed some tour or only participated partial?

Unfortunately, the tour is none refundable so it's not really possible to refund or change that. It might be best to just join in.

Would you arrange for a vegan or vegetarian option?
