After we meet and go through an easy registration process, we will depart in a vehicle or van, depending on the number of participants from Sandakan Airport, Sandakan City, Sepilok, or any hotel in Kinabatangan to Semporna. We will make every effort to pick you up or drop you off right where you are in Semporna, as long as you are not on an island or in the middle of an ocean where vehicles cannot pass.

Why isn't there a shared transfer option?

Right now, we only have private transfers available.

What's the best way to let us know the pick-up time after I've made the payment?

Once you’ve made the payment, just shoot us an email with your hotel name. Don’t forget to include the reference number, your full name, the date of transfer, and your flight details if any at least a day before you arrive. Feel free to change the pickup time, but just a heads up, we’ll set up a one-time transfer only.

How is the flight number required?

We'll sort out the pickup time if there’s a flight change since we know things can get a little crazy at the last minute. As soon as travellers share their flight number, we’ll handle all the details to make sure there are no no-shows and they arrive on time.
