Please be advised that any data processing carried out by other Activity Providers related to with a booked Activity falls outside the jurisdiction of Nomade and is subject to the privacy policy of the respective Activity Provider. Activity Providers operate as autonomous data administrators.

We may utilise and process your Personal Data to deliver the services, which include, but are not limited to, the following (the Purposes): managing your booking reservations for your stay and travel, as well as participation in activities, tours, or trips organised by us; and for billing and payment purposes related to the services you have requested.
