Is there a pickup or have to go to the meeting point?

We can totally pick you up from any hotel or spot in Kota Kinabalu for this experience, but it's only for private tours. For shared tours, we gotta meet up at the shore since traffic can be pretty unpredictable and larger groups might run into some delays. We'll stop by the city centre of Kota Kinabalu, also called the shore, to make your experience even betters rather than waiting hours inside the vehicle

Are there any free cancellation policy due to bad weather?

This tour hardly ever gets cancelled and continues irrespective of what the weather's like. If this experience gets cancelled at the last minute due to government rules, we’ll gladly refund the full tour cost. But travellers can't cancel just because of personal reasons.
