Super nette Guides. Haben sich sehr bemüht Tiere zu finden. Wir haben 2x die Bootstour gemacht einmal um 16:00 und einmal um 19:30. Wir haben bei der Nachtfahrt einige Tiere gesehen. Am Nachmittag leider nicht so viele, aber das ist die Natur und eben kein Zoo wo man eine Garantie hat Tiere zu sehen. Die Fahrt hatte trotzdem ihre Flair mit dem Sonnenuntergang. Vielen Dank für die tollen Ausflüge

Decent tour for the price, we saw lots of proboscis monkeys, macaques and a small monitor lizard. No pygmy elephants sadly but I think they’re quite rare to see at the time of day we went (sunset). The boat did break down towards the end of the cruise but they sent another boat to pick us up pretty much immediately.

What should i know before booking?

There is a chance that bad weather, rivers, traffic, or changes in how the company runs could cause the tour's start time to be pushed back. If a tour has to be cancelled due to bad weathers, etc, we will try to arrange the alternative time. Also, wildlife environments are pretty unpredictable and animals have the freedom to roam, so it's tough to promise you'll spot any specific wildlife. However, our guide is totally committed to making sure get to see all of the big 5!

Does the tour include pickup and drop-off?

Travellers must arrange their own transportation to the Bilit Jetty in Kinabatangan because there is no pick-up. we recommend to grab their own rental car or hop in a taxi to reach this area, at their own expense. This river cruise is your ticket in, so make sure to read up and get there with your own ride

Can I get a refund if I missed some tour or only participated partial?

Unfortunately, the tour is none refundable so it's not really possible to refund or change that. It might be best to just join in. All itinerary could change due to some rough weather or animal safety concerns.
