Frequently asked questions

Are the pick-up time flexible?

The pick-up time is set, so travellers must make their way to our meeting point to join in on the experience. Just a friendly reminder that the captain can't wait too long, so please stick to the schedule. however if any changes, we will notify a day before the tour start.

Will the tour itinerary change due to weather or management's discretion?

That's just the way it goes, but it rarely happen all the time. They might switch up the route if they think it's needed, especially if the weather looks sketchy or there's a high risk of sea level. We think this applies to all water activities too.

Is the specific diving sea wildlife encounter included and guaranteed?

Unfortunately, the island is a great spot to catch a glimpse of the famous manta rays, along with some rare macro critters like rhinopia, frogfish, blue-ring octopus, and sea-horses, among others.however the tour operator can't promise you'll see any specific marine life during your trip. This tour takes a different route rather than providing a specific wildlife guarantee.

What kind of meals is provided?

All meals are served in a lunch box and local style, but we're totally happy to offer some vegan or vegetarian options too!

What will happen if there's a force majeure?

If there’s a force majeure event, like a government closure or a disaster, you’ll get a full refund. But any personal cancellations aren’t refundable, and all tours will go on, regardless of whether it is rain or shine!
