Once registration and check-in are completed, transfer takes place by private vehicle or van between Tawau Airport and Semporna City, in either direction. For those staying in Semporna, pick-up or drop-off is arranged directly at the hotel.

What's the best way to let us know the pick-up time after I've made the payment?

After payment, please send us an email with your hotel name by providing the reference number, full name, date of transfer, and flight details at least one day before your arrival. Travellers are welcome to adjust the pickup time, but a one-time transfer will be arranged exclusively.

How is the flight number required?

We'll sort out the pickup time if there’s a flight change since we know things can get a bit unpredictable at the last minute. Once travellers give us their flight number, we’ll take care of everything to avoid any no-shows and ensure they get there on time.
