Once we meet up and go through a quick registration process then abroad the vehicle or van, depending on how many people are participating, either from Sandakan Airport, Sandakan city to or Sepilok directly at hotel in Kinabatangan, or vice versa. We’ll make sure to pick you up or drop you off right at your hotel or the airport.

Why isn't there a shared transfer option?

Right now, we only have private transfers available.

What's the best way to let us know the pick-up time after I've made the payment?

Once you’ve made the payment, just shoot us an email with your hotel name. Don’t forget to include the reference number, your full name, the date of transfer, and your flight details if any at least a day before you arrive. Feel free to change the pickup time, but just a heads up, we’ll set up a one-time transfer only.

How is the flight number required?

We'll sort out the pickup time if there’s a flight change since we know things can get a little crazy at the last minute. As soon as travellers share their flight number, we’ll handle all the details to make sure there are no no-shows and they arrive on time.
