Frequently asked questions

Does the tour include pickup and drop-off?

Absolutely! This includes the ride to and from the sunrise balloon experience, whether you're in Disah, Wadi Rum, or the UNESCO protected area, right at the campsite. however the flight time might change a little due to wind, weather, or any other unexpected factors that arise.

Can I get a refund if I missed some tour or only participated partial?

Apologies but the tour is a package deal, so we can't really refund or change that. Maybe it's a good idea to just jump in. However, if the wind is howling or the weather's looking rough, no worries at all! We’re happy to give you a full refund anytime, just as long as it’s before the experience begins.

Will the guide able to speak French, German, Italian, and other languages?

All local guides only speak English or Arabic language. What you see on the website is just a reservation staff that is not located in Jordan and was engaged on a commission basis. At the time all travellers arrive at Wadi Rum, I am confident that no one will be able to communicate in any other language.

I don't have a car, can you help?

For sure! This is included in the reservation, and we can pick you up from anywhere in Wadi Rum village, disah or directly from the campsite.

What happens if the weather is bad and we can't go?

If the weather's not great or it's super windy, the tour operator might have to cancel the balloon ride. If that happens, you'll get a full refund. But you can't cancel for personal reasons.
