Why isn't there a shared transfer option?

Right now, we only have private transfers available.

How should I let you know the pick-up location once I've paid?

Once you’ve made the payment, send us an email or update on the reservation with your hotel name. please be aware that we're just gonna do a one-time transfer.

Does the transfer roundtrip?

Not really, it's a one-way thing, so customers gotta pick wisely. If you need a round trip, you'll have to book two tickets.

Is it possible to get a refund if I missed some parts or only took part partially?

Sorry, we can't really do refunds or changes on that. It could be a good idea to just jump right in. so, the standard cancellation policy for this product is that you gotta cancel at least 3 days in advance. If you take care of it before then, you’ll get your money back, no question at all.
