How do I let you know where to pick me up after I’ve paid?

Once you’ve made the payment, send us an email or update on the reservation with your hotel name. please be aware that we're just gonna do a one-time transfer.

Does the transfer roundtrip?

Not really, it's a one-way thing, so customers gotta pick wisely. If you need a round trip, you'll have to book two tickets.

Can I get a refund if I didn't show up or late?

Sorry, we can't really do refunds or changes on that. It could be a good idea to just jump right in. so, the standard cancellation policy for this product is that you gotta cancel at least 4 days in advance. If you take care of it before then, you’ll get your money back, no question at all.
