The only place worth going in Lahad Datu itself! The panoramic view of Darvel Bay from the tower is spectacular, local foods, and the air is cool and refreshing. It was a nice, short hike to get some exercise before our flight".

The pristine environment of Danum Valley is breathtaking. Walking on the canopy walk early morning and hearing the gibbons is something I’ll never forget. It's great to see such well-conserved nature. The staff at DVFC were very friendly

A fantastic experience, but know what you're getting into. It's remote and basic. The night drive is a must-do—we saw flying squirrels and red leaf monkeys. Food in the dining hall is surprisingly good! Best, if you bring your own snacks and a good book for downtime.

It was an incredible moment to visit Danum Valley Field Centre—a truly unique experience in Borneo. We saw Orangutans, a Malayan Civet, and stunning birds on the night drive. The guides are experts at spotting wildlife. Simple accommodation, but the jungle makes it worthwhile

Amazing area for hiking and animal spotting. Remember to bring leech socks and your set to trekk down an orangutan (or two if yor're lucky), red leaf monkeys, and even a scary turantula at night
