Frequently asked questions

Does the tour include pickup and drop-off?

We can set up the pick-up and drop-off at Wisma Khoo, Sandakan Airport, or any hotel in the Sepilok area for free. however for any private transfer, there are no limitation and pick up will be at all of areas as per preference. All of this is included, of course!

Will I get a refund if missed some tour or only participated partial?

Unfortunately, the tour is a product deal, so it's not really possible to refund or change that. It might be best to just join in.

Can you arrange for a vegan or vegetarian option?

Yep, it's totally free and there are no extra charges. Just give us quickly reminder up when you make your reservation or the day before you check in, so our staff can get everything ready for you.

Is it guaranteed that we'll see all the wildlife?

The Kinabatangan River is an important wildlife corridor in Sabah, Malaysia. It's a special place where you can find endangered animals like the Bornean pygmy elephant and orangutan, along with proboscis monkeys, different types of hornbills, and crocodiles. Although tours aim to enhance your chances of seeing wildlife, the nature of animals can be unpredictable, so sightings aren't always a sure thing, and a bit of luck is often involved.
